January 4, 2021Happy New Year everyone! 2021 is birthing the Age of Aquarius: innovation, humanitarianism and thinking outside of the box. We ended 2020 with a Full Moon in Cancer (which is also what we started it with), and this year will ask us to start leaning into our Divine Feminine and start trusting our intuition. Traditionally these winter months are a time for us to retreat and go inward in introspection, and this month is a great time for that! On the 13th we have the Capricorn new moon and Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius on the 30th. This year Mercury goes Retrograde in all air signs, this is a heavy focus on our communication and thoughts. Aries (Mar. 20th – Apr. 21st) – Aries, you are smarter (and quicker!) than the average bear, but even you need to take some time to sit with your shadows and admit to yourself, what isn’t working for you anymore. It is time to do some major releasing, perhaps performing a candle magick ceremony surrounding this. You want to start this New Year off with a clean slate and you can’t do that if you are still carrying around what is unaligned.
Taurus (4/22- 5/20) – Change isn’t exactly your BFF, now is it Taurus? This year is going to be about a lot of little shifts and you need to get with the program! Remember, change is happening FOR you and not TO you. This is an opportunity for you to grow. In 6 months from now, you will look back and see all the little shifts added up and you are in a completely different place in life, for your highest good of course.
Gemini (5/21- 6/20) – Gemini, you are known as the messenger and when this Mercury Retrograde rolls around, it is important you are using discernment in the information you are passing along. Be wary of being gossipy or hurting others feelings. We know this is never intentional! But something for you to keep in the back of your head while in conversation.
Cancer (6/21-7/22) – The beginning of the year is going to call for some major grounding for you, Moon Child. High off the emotions of your moon at the end of 2020, you may find yourself very overwhelmed. Try spending some time in meditation or at least get out to take a walk in nature. Breathing fresh air and getting some Vitamin D will be absolutely essential for you this winter!
Leo (7/23-8/22) – New Year, new YOU! Isn’t that right Leo?! You are ready to take 2021 by storm. Do some journaling to lay out your plans and set goals for the next quarter. Under the Capricorn moon, speak your intentions out loud and TRUST everything is unfolding as it is meant to. You are, as always, ON FIRE BOO!
Virgo (8/23-922) – Virgo, you are excellent at focusing on the little details of things, but during this Capricorn season, you are being asked to shift your perspective to the bigger picture. What are your long term goals? What is your WHY? We cannot do things the same way all the time and expect different results. Try this approach instead and see how things end up, you might be pleasantly surprised.
Libra (9/23-11/21) – Balance and harmony are basically essential to your very existence, isn’t it Libra? Take this month to organize your sacred space, purge things you don’t need or want, rearrange your furniture- this will transform your whole vibe! It will be great to start the New Year off on such a high note for you!
Scorpio (10/22-11/21) – No one loves transformation like you do, Scorpio. With all the Aquarius energy in the cosmos, you have the opportunity for a lot of growth. Take a look at the areas of your life that have gotten a little too comfortable. How can you shake things up, so you can grow to your highest potential?
Sagittarius (11/22-12/21) – Are you ready to take everything you went through and learned in 2020 and truly grow from it? If you are, get ready for the level up boo! Every time we resolve a karmic debt, fulfill a soul contract or even keep a promise to yourself, we ascend. Keep doing your thing Sag, you’re on your way!
Capricorn (12/22-1/20) – You are one motivated sea goat this month Capricorn. You don’t mind hard work and you love seeing the fruits of your labor. You also love being praised for a job well done. This is your month for all of that! Something you have been working long and hard on will be completed and you will be rewarded.
Aquarius (1/21-2/17) – This is going to be your YEAR, Aquarius. You are leading the show with the Age of Aquarius and so many planets in your sign. Be an example of this change that we will start to see in the world. Own your individuality, march to the beat of your own drum, any be a pillar of hope and love in your community. The world needs your leadership now more than ever.
Pisces (2/18-3/19) – Pisces, one thing you have going for you is your ability to adapt and go with the flow of things. As things progress this month, you’re going to have to be like the two fish that represents your sign and just swim along with things. Trust that things are working out the way they are supposed to. The more we let go and trust, the more the Universe will deliver.
