Q: How do I know which dressed candle best fits the current situation I am dealing with?

We offer a variety of dressed candles, so if you are uncertain which one to purchase, please feel free to contact Fire and Lux for recommendations.

Q: Will I receive instructions with my dressed candle?

Yes. Instructions will be included with the package.

Q: How soon can I expect results after a spell service has been completed?

Please allow 28 days for manifestations. Each service is unique and may take an extra moon cycle for desired results.

Q: When can I expect a response to my email inquiry?

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for a response. Your emails are very important and will be answered as soon as possible.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship out of country.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes.  All products require a shipping and handling fee.

**Unopened domestic packages marked ‘Return To Sender’ will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.

Certain products or services have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Shipping Policy:

SHIPPING
Items are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from date of receipt as most products are made upon purchase. USPS is our shipping carrier. FIRE AND LUX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES. An email will be sent notifying you of the shipment with a tracking number included.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Fire and Lux is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS.

Fire and Lux is not responsible for packages that have wrong, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during check out. Parcels marked as “Delivered” do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with courier if you have not received items marked as “Delivered.” Parcels marked as “Abandoned” do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. A claim cannot be filed on parcels marked “Abandoned.”

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. Postal issues are the sole responsibility of the carrier, USPS. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS. Contact your local post office or the USPS directly with any issues at (800) 275-8777.
