January 18, 2022We begin this week with the Full Moon in Cancer and both Mercury and Venus are retrograde.
Emotions are flying high and communication is cloudy. Remember, retrogrades aren’t here to ruin our lives, but microscope what needs to be released or re-assessed.

Aries (3/20 – 4/21) – Does this Cancer moon have you feeling a bit sluggish, Aries? We know you are normally so high energy, but maybe it’s a good week to slow down and honor what your body and mind need. Try some extra rest for your body, extra sleep for your mind and extra hydration- bc a betch needs some water!
Taurus (4/22- 5/20) – Old relationship stuff might get kicked up for you this week, Taurus. This is your ruler Venus giving you a not so subtle nudge to re-examine these issues. These issues are coming up for a reason, and you will remain blocked or in a cycle if you do not address them.
Gemini (5/21- 6/20) – Having a bit of trouble expressing your emotions vocally this week, Gemini? Like the words just keep coming out all wrong? With your ruler Mercury and Venus both retrograde, your words and emotions tend to get all jumbled up. Consider some time meditating for a few minutes a day. Slowing down might help you articulate better.
Cancer (6/21-7/22) – Feel like there are too many choices in front of you, Cancer? This is very 7 of Cups (tarot) energy, beware of the shiny dangling carrot being waved in front of your face. Just because something is wrapped up in a shiny red bow doesn’t mean it’s the choice for you. It will be up to you to discern what is an illusion and what is real.
Leo (7/23-8/22) – Venus is also the ruler of beauty and that is coming through for you this week, Leo. It is time to make something beautiful! Perhaps start a little plant garden or engage in some rhythmic dance, get your creative juices going and create some beauty to give back to the world.
Virgo (8/23-922) – The Cancer moon has got you feeling nostalgic Virgo. Perhaps you find yourself looking at old photos, listening to a certain song that takes you back or visiting a place that holds special memories for you. The past is a great place to visit, especially with fond memories, but remember not to get stuck there.
Libra (9/23-11/21) – The word “aspiration” is coming in strong for you this week, Libra? Do you aspire to be more connected to your higher self? Do you aspire to inspire others? Consider your aspirations this week and take the steps to align yourself toward them.
Scorpio (10/22-11/21) – Feeling like Mercury has turned your schedule upside down Scorpio? It has – lol – but because it needs to be adjusted to better suit you but you couldn’t see that. Trust this shake up is working out FOR you.
Sagittarius (11/22-12/21) – For not being an overly emotional sign, the combo of Venus Retrograde and the Cancer moon has got you in your feels. The emotions have been brought up for a reason. Perhaps you have buried them for far too long? Face the music Sag, so you can move on.
Capricorn (12/22-1/20) – Has all of the energy from the cosmos got you feeling a bit stagnant, Capricorn? Get out in nature and get inspired! Tap into that Earth energy and find yourself feeling refueled and ready to take on your next big goal.
Aquarius (1/21-2/17) – Mercury is retrograde in your sign Aquarius. Have your dreams felt SO real and you wake up restless? Lucid dreams are on the menu for you this week. If you feel these dreams have messages or signs for you, consider keeping a dream journal when you wake up and review it later. Try decoding the messages then.
Pisces (2/18-3/19) – A new financial opportunity is coming your way Pisces. Make sure, because of Mercury Retrograde, you review anything you are getting into. Take off the rose colored glass and put on some bifocals (lol), you just want to be sure of what you are agreeing to.
