Rose Quartz Meditation (for self-love & healing)
This meditation can be used to guide you back to your own inner power, wisdom and confidence.
All you need is a piece of Rose Quartz and a quiet room to perform the meditation.
Lay on the ground placing the Rose Quartz on your heart and begin the four-step breathing technique.
Take in a deep breath for four seconds, hold your breath for four seconds, exhale for four seconds and rest for four seconds.
Repeat this technique four times.
Once you have completed the breathing technique, allow yourself to take in the raw energy of the Rose Quartz…

What type of energy is the crystal transmuting?
Make notations of everything you experienced in your journal after you complete the meditation.
When you have fully become one with the crystal, visualize a bright pink light entering your heart and flowing through your entire body.
Place both hands on the crystal and repeat the four-step breathing technique.
Afterwards, pause for a few seconds with your hands still placed on the crystal and repeat the following:
“I am loved, I am strong, I am safe, I am me”
Once complete, open your eyes and allow yourself to gently come out of the meditation state by wiggling your fingers and toes.
