WELCOME ARIES SZN!!!!

And a Happy Zodiac New Year to all of you, FireandLux fam!

I don’t know about you all, but I have been eagerly waiting for the shift in signs to the vibrant and uplifting energy Aries brings. The beginning of the Zodiac New Year offers us a chance at new beginnings, renewed motivation and energy and a reigniting of that fire in our hearts, souls and under our bootys!

Let’s get into Aries season. . .

This year Aries season extends from March 20, 2022 through April 19, 2022, although these dates tend to shift a bit year to year with the sun’s actual placement.

Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac, a cardinal Fire sign. This means, Aries is here to get it on and crackin’ pursuing inspiration with gusto and passion. Ruled by Mars, God of War, and together the two rule the first house, the “House of Self”.

Aries are the infants of the zodiac, remember we’re at the beginning of the journey again, often very child-like, have tons of energy, quick, on the go, impulsive and sharp witted. They have a fiery temperament although never hold a grudge, they let go of things just quick as they get heated.

They can be aggressive but it comes from their deep, noble warrior spirit Mars embedded in them. They are always ready for the action. They can be a little brash and insensitive, but don’t give it back to them! Like children, they can’t take it! And don’t find yourself in a debate with an Aries, I never met an Aries who didn’t already know it all 😉 But they are fun loving and light hearted, as well as determined and action oriented. Their Achilles heel is starting things with tons of enthusiasm and not having enough energy to see it through to fruition. Some of Aries shadows included impulsive, irrational, aggressive, childish, bratty, insensitive and harsh.

What can we expect during this first season of the year?

If you were feeling a little detriment during the last few weeks, Aries is coming in like a breath of fresh air. Our energy will be charged up and we will be feeling refreshed and motivated. Aries season wants us to take actions on what truly inspires us, what are our passions. As our energy returns, we may be called to be more physically active, burn some of it off even.

Like the traditional New Year, the Zodiac New Year offers us a chance at new beginnings and endless opportunities.

Your life is a blank book you get to write the story. Take action on your goals and desires. The word THRIVE is really coming through as a major message for this season. No more playing small or holding back, be bold, have some force, go for it!!!! Aries season is our time to bloom. We spent the winter in hibernation mode, working hard behind the scenes, going inward, planting seeds, even resting more and it all adds up to this great rebirth in Aries season. Take chances, don’t play small, the Universe rewards those brave enough to take chances during this season. It’s also a wonderful season to embrace your inner child.

Aries has a child-like essence to them that we as humans do not embrace enough. Play, be silly, have fun, and enjoy yourself.

It’s very important not to burn out this season. Aries has tons of energy in the start of things and tends to die off. Use your energy wisely, so that when we get to Taurus season, we can lean on the Taurus stamina and endurance to carry us through. Try to avoid impatience and impulsiveness, remember while taking chances to weigh out options and think things through. Also, the shadows of being so childlike, bratty, bossy, insensitive, aggressive, irrational can all pop up. These DO NOT translate well on grown ass folk! So remain in your element of maturity while still showing your inner child love.

Finally aggression is a tough one. Finding a physical outlet can be helpful rather than any of the other possible options that may burn bridges in the long run.
