Jupiter Rx 2022 (Aries + Pisces) by: Erin The Urban Mermaid

August 2, 2022 Off By Fire and Lux

Well, joining the outer planet retrograde line up and ALMOST completing it, we have the big planet Jupiter going Rx in Aries and Pisces.

If you recall, Neptune is also Rx in Pisces. . . could this be the final “exit stage left” for the Age of Pisces? Let’s hope, or at least another piece of the puzzle toward a hard ending.

Anyway, Fam, Jupiter Rx begins on July 28, 2022, in Aries and around October 27, 2022, heads back to Pisces and will station direct on November 23, 2022.

We are in it for the long haul here. . .

Jupiter rules over Sagittarius and together the two rule the ninth house, the “House of Growth and Higher Knowledge”.

Jupiter is the planet of

  • wisdom
  • how we learn
  • how we connect to the Divine and the spiritual knowledge that is offered to us
  • seeing the bigger picture
  • travel
  • abundance
  • learning through experience
  • a visionary
  • teaching
  • optimism
  • culture
  • and how we grow

Jupiter is the spiritual guru and the lucky planet.

Because Jupiter is the largest of planets, whenever he shifts, we really feel the effects trickling down.

Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac, the beginning and Pisces is the 12th and final sign. Very Alpha + Omega vibes here.

Aries is a Cardinal Fire sign, a natural born leader and warrior.

Pisces couldn’t be more different. A mutable water sign, Pisces treads very lightly in reality and is quite psychic.

The Jupiter experience in these signs also couldn’t be any different.

Jupiter in Aries is about expanding our leadership roles, taking action toward big goals and dreams and fueling our passion and inspirations. Jupiter always sits well in a Fire sign.

This position brings a lot of confidence and take-charge energy. It is also indicative of an independent streak. It brings a lot of focus and eagerness to experience the newness of things. Jupiter in Aries is great for entrepreneurs and business owner types, bringing resilience and big goals.

Now, Jupiter Pisces is a bit different. Pisces is the natural psychic, intuitive and empath. Jupiter is actually the ancient ruler of Pisces, pre-Neptune days, but now we can consider it a co-ruler. Jupiter in Pisces is about spiritual growth and leveling up your more psychic gifts. This specific placement brings vision to where most would not see.

But we are talking Retrogrades here!

Jupiter Rx in Aries is a reclamation of our independence and personal power.

  • It is a finding of our footing
  • Where do we stand?
  • What are your talents?
  • What are you prepared to stand your ground on when it comes to YOU, personally.

Aries rules the first house, and that is all about SELF.

Rx’s shake things up, this particular one is asking us to look at the bird’s eye view of yourself.

  • Be accountable and responsible for yourself.
  • No victim
  • No blaming others. . .
  • Just some major self-realizations.

Now, this part of the Rx will be a busy one, as Aries is not one to just stand still. I feel self-fulfillment and realizing there is no outside validation outside of yourself will be a huge lesson.

When Jupiter goes back to Pisces and stays in Rx, the shift will be more internal. There might be a questioning of spiritual beliefs. I don’t mean this in a bad way, but we cannot grow unless we question. Lean into the expansion, even if it feels uncomfortable.

While in Aries we couldn’t stay still, in Pisces it’s the opposite. Time to rest and conserve our energy, tune into the collective energy and go from there. Dreams will most likely be exceptionally psychic and of course filled with messages for us. Expect astral travel as well. With the Rx in Pisces, we can take what we learned about ourselves from Aries and apply it to our inner and outer worlds. Illusions about ourselves will surface, we must confront them and allow them to lift so we see things more clearly. It’s certainly a time for change.

Once Jupiter enters Rx, we wait on Uranus to also Rx and then it’s a cosmo party!

Jk Fam, Rxs bring change and change is much needed.
