rain is a symbol of washing away the old so that growth can occur. Rain cleanses and nourishes as well as destroys. Depending on the force and timing, rain can be a welcomed friend or a feared enemy. Nature is full of duality. What can seem good to some can be bad to others. It's all about the meaning we attribute to something. The same can go for our words and deeds.

Are we living every day of our life with the best intentions and are we offering nourishment instead of negativity?

daily #meditation - when a baby is born, development takes time. It is an amazing and intricate process to go from infancy to adulthood. Growth takes time. The same is true for our intentions. Look back three months and recall what your #intentions were. Acknowledge where you are now. If you believe growth isn't happening, ask yourself what you can do differently to encourage growth. Bless the process and know that even with minor strides, growth is taking place.
